Sidenote: Skipped Day 7; irrelevant. Not looking to lose weight. Day 8 - Aside from the P90X classic program. I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for cardio days, most likely through swimming. I LOVE to swim, and not just swim as in… move around in the water but I love to do laps.

Sidenote: I skipped Days 4 and 5 because they’re focusing on weight loss which I am not pursuing. I’ve already lost enough weight from 210 to 160. I’m just looking to replace the excess fat with muscle. Anyway, yes I do. I tend to overeat alot. I just keep telling myself how many calories it brings and whatnot. Stuff like imagining the fat mold into my body or some weird crap...

It’s been awhile… Started over again with Day 1 yesterday… My workout performance has decreased from last year. Chest & Back.
